Introductions

I want to start this blog off by introducing myself and sharing the purpose of starting this up. Please, feel free to share feedback as we move along.

My name is Mike and I’ve had a bit of a love/hate relationship with fitness ever since my days of playing basketball back in high school.

I love the feeling and effects of a good workout, but conversely hate the time constraints of hitting the gym while honoring the schedule of work and family time.

This brings me to the goal of this blog. Focusing on getting the same results that would be obtained through normal channels (i.e. a commercial gym) through more abstract means and in less devoted time to exercise.

I will start by walking through an at home resistance band program and document my experiences. This is a fresh start for me as I have not been in a formal training program in almost two years.

I look forward to the journey and hope you all will as well.
